This End User License Agreement (Agreement or License or EULA) is between the end user(hereinafter referred to as You or Licensee), and FakeLoc software, the developer and owner of the program and software (hereinafter referred to as Software).
Licensed Software
Licensed software includes but not limited to all the products whose name contains FakeLoc software.
Grant Of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, FakeLoc hereby grants you (an individual) the limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to download, install and activate the Software on two separated computers solely for your personal, private and non-commercial use, unless you have purchased a commercial license from FakeLoc. Sharing the Software with others, or allowing others to view the contents of this Software, is in violation of the License. You may not make the Software available over a network, or in any way provide the Software to multiple users, unless you have purchased a multi-user license from FakeLoc in advance. FakeLoc reserves all rights not expressly granted to You in this Agreement.
Copyright
This software is owned by FakeLoc and is protected by international copyright and treaty laws. The trial version of our products may be freely distributed, if the distribution package is not modified in any way. No person or entity may charge for the distribution of the trial version of this product without express permission from FakeLoc.
Usage Restrictions
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except under the terms of this agreement. Any unauthorized use of this product shall result in the termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
Reservation
FakeLoc reserves the right to change this license agreement. FakeLoc has the right to change the product including all major features as it sees fit. FakeLoc reserves the right to change the prices of its products without notice. FakeLoc reserves all other rights not expressly granted here.
